Introduction

Change of Address Online, LLC ("COA" or "us" or "our" or "we") is the owner and operator of HYPERLINK "http://change-address-online.com" www.change-address-online.com. COA provides a service (referred to as the "Service" in this document) where people can change their address with the United States Postal Service ("USPS") using a streamlined and easy to use process. COA is not a government agency and is not affiliated in any way with the USPS. COA functions as your agent in accomplishing your change of address request with the USPS.

COA is committed to the privacy and protection of information provided to us by our users. This includes any information provided to us through the Service, including any information submitted to us through various change of address forms. By using the Service, you are accepting the practices contained in this Privacy Policy.

The purpose of the COA Privacy Policy is to inform our users of the information that the Service collects, the utilization of that information, the sharing of that information, and to educate our users on their choices regarding the use and distribution of that information.

If you have any questions about the COA Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us. Our contact information is provided to you at the end of this policy.

Information Collected

There are various types of information that COA collects when you use the Service. You provide some of this information voluntarily and other information is provided through automated processes under COA's control. Information Provided By You

In addition to personally identifiable information ("PII") provided when you use the Service's change of address process, you might also provide us PII during the following representative classes of interactions:

Requesting customer support and sending COA similar communications; Responding to COA surveys and other special information requests; and Communications regarding COA's compliance with applicable laws.

The above list is not exhaustive, but is merely representative of classes of interactions with COA, all of which are covered by this policy. Information Provided By Automated Processes

COA may automatically collect non-PII during your use of the Service. COA may use cookies, web beacons, log files and such similar methods to collect non-PII. A cookie is data stored in a small text file on your local access device that contains data about you. The information in the cookie is used to uniquely identify you to the Service. The Service cookie contains a token that may be linked to secured COA databases in order to provide you an enhanced feature set. It identifies a particular user at a particular point in time. You have the option of resetting your browser to reject cookies. If you choose to do so some Service functionality may not be available. It is possible that in the future some of our partners may use cookies on the Service; however, COA has no control over such cookies.

The Service may collect non-PII through the use of web beacons and log files. TCP/IP ("IP") addresses are examples of non-PII. An IP address is way to uniquely identify a computer. COA may use IP addresses for analyzing Service usage (e.g. tracking user movement throughout the site) and for aggregating user metrics. COA may also use IP addresses for gathering broad information and for aggregate analytics (e.g. trend analysis). COA may collect, in addition to IP addresses, browser type and other related information. Likewise, COA may collect status information regarding whether or not you opened email, or other communications, received from us.

COA may also use web beacons to enable communications with third parties. A web beacon is a small image in an HTML page with all dimensions set to one (1) pixel. Because of its insignificant size, it is not visible; but it is used to pass certain non-PII anonymously to third-party sites, usually advertisers.

Implications Regarding Collected Information

COA collects information in order to provide you with a high quality user experience and to offer a personalized feature set. When information is collected and retained it is done so in order to enhance your usage of the Service and to accomplish your change of address request. Your use of the Service implies your consent to have your PII and non-PII (i.e. any data provided to the Service) stored, transferred and processed within the United States. Use of Information

COA is the sole owner of the information collected on the Service and will not sell, rent or share the information collected in a manner that differs from what is disclosed in this policy. Information is collected at different points on the Service and all of it is subject to this policy. COA uses the PII that it collects about you to fulfill your change of address request. COA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disclose any information that it obtains through the Service to appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities or governmental agencies, if required by law. Finally, COA, at its sole discretion, may share any information collected, stored and processed, if it has a good faith belief that to do is reasonably necessary to (1) enforce its Terms of Use; (2) detect, investigate and otherwise address fraud, security or technical breaches or related matters; or (3) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of COA, the Service, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

COA shares transaction information with our third party payment processor ("Payment Processor") when you make payment for use of the Service. The information shared with our Payment Processor is limited to such information as required by the Payment Processor to complete the payment transaction. COA does not capture or store the financial information (e.g. your credit card number) provided by you to our Payment Processor. COA only stores the results of said transactions as provided via notification from our Payment Processor, for the sole purpose of internal recording keeping and compliance with applicable law.

Data integrity

COA processes PII only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions in this policy. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure the quality of the PII that COA collects, processes and stores. COA depends on its users for PII that is current and technically accurate in order to accomplish Service objectives. COA conducts periodic reviews to ensure that only the PII required to achieve Service objectives is collected and stored. COA takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized use of any data collected by the Service. We restrict access to PII to COA employees and agents who need to use the PII on our behalf.

Choices Regarding PII

Should COA decide to use PII other than for the purpose originally collected, COA will do so only with your consent. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of any such use. Furthermore, should COA become involved in a sale, acquisition, or any form of transfer of some or all of its assets, then COA will provide notice to you before your PII is subject to a new or different privacy policy. The protection of children on the Internet is an important public policy concern—one that COA is committed to supporting.
